CHAPTER: 01 Rainy Night
It was 3:00 am... Suddenly, I woke up from a bad dream.
DREAMS... which I am having every single night, the same dream.. just waking up at
different times. I sit up straight and took the glass of water...
Gulp, Gulp
After drinking the water, I went back to sleep. But, I
couldn't sleep because of the dreams which I have every night. I have these kinds of dreams every night because of my traumatic childhood experiences or should I
say traumatic teenage experiences? Those were the worst part of my life.
Probably, I should see a doctor for those nightmares I am having, because they
are getting worse day by day.....
7:00 am
CRK, CRK, CRK
Slowly, I opened my
eyes and turned off my alarm. Because I am still sleepy. But again!
RING,
RING, RING
This time it was a phone call from my office colleague. “Why
is he calling me so early in the morning? AHHH, GOSH!! I AM SLEEPY!!!" I
answered the call... “Hello? Why did you call me this early?" Totally
visible in my voice that I am annoyed...
“WAKE UP, SLEEPYHEAD!! You're gonna be late for the meeting.
DON'T BE LATE TODAY! OTHERWISE, YOU'RE DEAD MEAT TODAY!! Don't sleep again I am
warning you, bye!"
He said all of it in one breath and cut the call...
“GOSH, who says all of it in one breath?! And he didn't even
let me speak! I hate him so much."
I went to shower and
opened the tap...
“Okay, so let's get ready for another tiring day!!"
Oh! I forgot to
introduce myself. Hello! My name is Allysa Anderson. I am a detective (unfortunately). Honestly, I hate this job.
But, I have no choice:')
I freshened up and took an apple before heading out from home.
I took my car keys and left.
I reached my office and in my cabin, I saw piles of case
files! Here we go again!
SKIP TONIGHT
Finally, after a long day, I was getting ready to head out
of my office. Suddenly, I heard some sounds and looked outside my window...
“It's raining. SHIT, I don't have any umbrella, AHHH!"
I went out of the office building and ran to the parking
space, I quickly got inside my car and I was half drenched-_-
Finally, I came back home and got inside my apartment.
But, what I saw... I wish I never came back home.....
